The cost depends on the size, pitch and material of the roof. As a guide, a roof replacement costs 2 100–3 200 kr/m² for a clay-tile roof, 1 200–2 600 kr/m² for concrete tiles, 1 900–2 900 kr/m² for steel sheet and 1 200–1 900 kr/m² for a felt roof. Zinc sheet is priced after an inspection. Any ROT deduction is calculated on the deductible labour cost and is shown in your quote. We always give a fixed price after a free inspection. As a guide, facade painting costs 500–800 kr/m² for timber facades/panelling and 450–750 kr/m² for render, brick and board facades, depending on the condition, height and accessibility of the facade. Any ROT deduction is calculated on the deductible labour cost and is shown in your quote. We always give a fixed price in a written quote.

The ROT deduction gives a 30% tax reduction on the labour cost (max 50 000 kr per person per year). We handle the entire application to the Swedish Tax Agency – you pay only your share directly to us. Materials are not included in the deduction.

Yes! Roof replacement, roof renovation, roof painting, roof washing, facade painting and facade renovation all qualify for the ROT deduction. We always report labour and materials separately for correct ROT handling.

The maximum amount is 50 000 kr per person per year. If there are two of you in the household, you can use up to 100 000 kr in total. The deduction is 30% of the labour cost.

It depends on the material and the climate. Timber facades should be repainted every 8–12 years. Rendered facades last 15–20 years. At the inspection, we advise on the right interval for your particular house.

Yes, free of charge. We always advise on colour choice based on house type, style, surroundings and the municipality's guidelines. We can also show you how your facade looks in different colours before you decide.

Yes, we have full liability insurance covering any damage to your property during the work. All our tradespeople are professionally certified. You are always protected.
